2. Account Registration and Eligibility

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on royle bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• Use the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit.
• Only transact from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from a third party's card or account will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Before a withdrawal is processed, identity verification on the account must be complete. To withdraw funds obtained from a bonus, the associated wagering requirement must be met (see section 5 for details).

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

royle bd offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times.

General terms and conditions for bonuses:

• The bonus can only be received once, on the first deposit only.
• If you withdraw while a bonus is active, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• Bets placed on certain specific games may not count toward wagering — please check the detailed terms of each offer.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
• royle bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.1 VIP Program Terms

The royle bd VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier receives a weekly cashback — calculated as a fixed percentage of net losses. A maximum cashback of 0.5% applies at Bronze tier, 1.0% at Silver tier, and 1.5% at Gold tier. Cashback is calculated on net losses, which is total losses minus total winnings for the week.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the member's activity on the platform and is at royle bd's discretion.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on the royle bd platform are operated by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe, and others). The results of these games are determined through Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology — neither royle bd nor any player can influence the outcome.

• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical fault during gameplay, the bet will be treated as void where applicable and the bet amount will be returned.
• Game rules and payouts can be found in the information section of the relevant game.
• In sports betting, if a dispute arises over a match result, the decision of the relevant sports governing body will be considered final.
• Results of jackpots or special rounds in Aviator or similar crash games are determined by the third-party provider's server.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has a set minimum and maximum bet amount. These limits are clearly shown in the game interface. royle bd reserves the right to change betting limits for specific members, particularly if unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on royle bd, and if such conduct is detected, the account may be closed and legal action may be taken:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Placing bets using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the game servers or software.
• Using another member's account or attempting to steal their information.
• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Misconduct or threats toward other players or staff.

9. Right to Close and Suspend Accounts

royle bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Under instruction from law enforcement authorities.
• In the interest of technical security.

In the event of an account closure, the member will be informed about the return of any remaining real-money funds after deducting any applicable bonuses. Funds may be held during the course of an investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, royle bd is not liable for:

• Games or bets left incomplete due to internet disconnection, power outages, or device issues.
